Deposits
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 7 days before time of departure.
Refunds
Natron Air, Inc. flights canceled for weather or other reasons beyond our control, deposits will be refunded 100% if alternative dates are not available.
En-route flights canceled due to weather or safety reasons may be assesed a charge of the hourly rate of $500. per hr. at the descretion of Natron Air, Inc.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa/MasterCard, American Express, & Discover cards. Advertised prices are cash discounted prices. When credit cards are used add 3.5% to the cash discounted price.
Disclosure and Responsibility
Natron Air, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any trip due to weather, or as may be found necessary for the safe and proper handling of the trip. Outdoor activities of this nature are not entirely "risk free". We cannot assume responsibility for injury to participants or personal belongings for time or expense incurred.
Costs of accommodations and associated services for overnight en-route, caused by weather, or any event beyond our control are the responsibility of our guest. Back to Top |
